As a Manager you can create multiple bookings. This can be useful if someone calls over the phone and wants to book multiple sites, or if you have sites that are only available as walk-ins (sites that your campground has but aren't listed online).


Make sure you are logged in under the manager portal. 

Select Campsite Bookings under Bookings


Select the purple Create Booking(s) button:


Select Customer Booking.


Search for the travelers name or email. Make sure their information is correct. Then hit next. 


Then select the dates the traveler wants to arrive and depart. 


Then select the sites they wish to visit.


Create a booking description, and select any add-ons the traveller wants. 


You can choose to add a promo code. Here we took 5$ off. At the bottom you will see select payment type. If you select Camp Reservations System, the travelers payment will go through our secure payment system. If you select Campground System Cash, the traveler will pay you when they arrive at your site. 


Enter in the travelers credit card information. They may wish to save their information for future bookings. Then hit confirm
