A mandatory charge is an additional charge or fee that is automatically added to your campground's reservations on the frontend and backend. This is activated by your campground Administrator access.
When a reservation is completed by a traveler on the frontend or manually on the backend, the charge is greyed out and must be included on the final charges of the reservation(s). If your campgrounds would like to bypass the mandatory charge periodically for select reservations, we would suggest setting up a promo code to cancel out the mandatory charge.
