If you need to maintain your photo(s) content without the CRCA program automatically cropping your photo, follow these instructions to change your photo to the appropriate 4:3 ratio (maximum 16MB):


PAINT 3D


  1. Open picture in Paint 3D
  2. Select Canvas from top menu
  3. Uncheck lock aspect ratio (make sure it is off)
  4. Change width and height to 4:3 aspect ratio (eg. 400px width x 300px height or multiples of that)
  5. If the picture is too tall, multiply pixel height by 4 then divide by 3, and use that as width
  6. If the picture is too wide, multiply width by 3  then divide by 4, and use that as height.
  7. Then upload pictures to your campground following these instructions How to upload an image

PAINT APP


  1. Open picture in Paint

  2. Select Resize under Image category in the home menu

  3. Uncheck 'Maintain aspect ratio'

  4. Change width and height to 4:3 aspect ratio (eg. 400px width x 300px height or multiples of that)

  5. If the picture is too tall, multiply pixel height by 4 then divide by 3, and use that as width

  6. If the picture is too wide, multiply width by 3  then divide by 4, and use that as height.

  7. Then upload pictures through your campground CRCA
